Unexplained and Untreatable Abdominal Pain

A research study is evaluating the prevalence of Acute Hepatic Porphyria (AHP) in adults with explained and untreatable abdominal pain.
This research study may be an option if you:
· Are experiencing recurrent or prolonged episodes of severe abdominal pain that cannot be explained and has not responded to treatment within the last year
· Have had at least one emergency or urgent care hospital visit due to abdominal pain within the last year

Qualified participants will receive all study-related care at no cost and will not be asked to take any investigational medication during this study.
Patient Commitment Duration
Approximately 4 months
Financial compensation may be provided for time and travel expenses.
