Trintellix® – Observational Study
Major Depressive Disorder

An observational research study is assessing the short and long-term real-life effectiveness of Trintellix on daily function, depression severity, cognitive symptoms, and quality of life in adults who are starting treatment with Trintellix.
This research study may be an option if you:
• Have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder
• Have recently been prescribed Trintellix (vortioxetine) and plan to begin treatment
• Have not been diagnosed with other psychiatric disorders

What is an observational research study?
Observational studies are conducted to assess health outcomes in groups of participants. The research team will observe the participants, but they do not influence treatments they receive.
Patient Commitment Duration
Approximately 6 months
Financial compensation up to $150 may be provided for time and travel expenses for those that qualify. Participants will be responsible for prescription costs.
